In other news, I started taking Vitamin D again over the long weekend after temporarily pausing for a few months. I’ve been working w/ my psychiatrist to find the right med combo & didn’t want to take anything that could even slightly interfere w/ what I was being prescribed…

But once I got word my manager will be going & saw all the expectations around non-stop participation I had to opt out 😫

I’ve been drinking a ton of tea lately and I think I’m officially good off of tea from tea bags moving forward.
I know buying tea bags can be cheaper but loose leaf tea just taste wayyy better. Like it’s not even close 😅
