I don't have time to watch & debunk the whole thing, but even in the first few minutes there are fallacies, e.g. "The rule is the most compact way to represent the data, so therefore the NN must learn that." That simply doesn't follow.

In which scenario it could be useful? I mean, I think the most important part of taking notes it's doing by yourself.
