Tried a new honey wheat bread recipe. I think the loaves will come out better next time but not bad for a first try. Will see how the taste compares with my other recipe but not tonight.

Made husband do a deal for this guy’s honey in the gas station parking lot yesterday. Got 2 of these. Love to be able to know where my ingredient are from when possible. About to make some bread!

They have these in EBay, and I got something like it for my birthday a while back. If Ulta does another one, I recommend! Really fun trying new scents, and I use the duds as room spray. Fabulous gift for a teen, too.

I can’t recommend Jo Frost’s parenting tips enough. Kid 1 and I still struggled at times in a battle of wills, but she saved us from so much more agony. Truly owe her for helping us raise two excellent, adult humans. Recommend the old episodes you can stream for free. Ex: Rules for mealtimes.

This subdivision is like a mile from my parents’ subdivision. I grew up here, and have never seen deer around. Pretty cool to see two on my early morning walk.
