When I was lead tour guide, he was my Tsar of anthropology/archeology. I deferred to him in all matters of the sciences that study humans. He also was the only other tour guide that dressed for the role, hat and all.

During the conference, the CEO had a meeting/training with all the managers, reviewing leadership techniques and inquiring about what she could do to help them achieve their goals. I could tell the other managers clearly knew passages from the hospitality book.
