La diagonale vide is a strip of land approx 200km wide from SW France to NE France in which the population density is remarkably low. Many empty villages/villages of 1-5 people. This would very much explain the lack of bars in that area. Due the mass migration of people in this area to the cities.

No, it’s Labour. Exactly the same for Tories or Reform and you’d be spot on. It’s Labour so it’s a massive crisis.

For years I did a 3 mile walk every day and and one more than one occasion I passed Brennan along with his dad David. Always got a smile off them. He’s a very good lad well brought up. I hope Spurs fans can take to him now.

I feel very happy today. We’ve finally made steps back to reason from Frost’s (aka Johnson’s) bitter cold hard Brexit. Now we just need to keep going in this direction, progress, one foot after another……

As usual, I’m in perfect agreement with you. Let’s hope he pulls this deal off including the parts that still have to be negotiated/finalised in the coming months.
