if you are overwhelmed, I highly recommend:
-making a list of things you don't care about being out of the loop
-cutting down on alcohol
-cleaning, organizing and decluttering your home instead of doomscrolling
-making plans with friends
-weekly therapy
-charging your phone away from your bed

Just squeezing it under the finish line for Avian August Day 4: The ʻAlae keʻokeʻo or Hawaiin Coot. A wetland native bird they are used as an important indicator of enviornmental health, and are notable for the males bright red frontal shield and their huge segmented feet.
