Tom really put himself into it, to lose the weight. He change how he eats but also eliminated alcohol, those are healthy behaviors that leads him to great results. Tom eats just salads to make it happen!! I would tell my clients consistency is the key. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I was unaware that hunger is a result of a starvation hormone named Leptin. I think the majority of people don‘t think of it as such. As a healthcare provider I would imply to my patients some patterns to controls their hunger which is hard to combat against. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I checked the keto diet. It can cut cravings, but when I am on campus it is Hard to keep up with and a little bit pricey. Sometimes I even feel brain fog during class. I personally do well with balanced meals than super low carbs. Anybody trying keto, how is it? @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I believe my food recall was fairly inaccurate., it was tough to measure exact portions, especially . For example, I added whole milk to my coffee, but I had no idea how much, it was just a splash. My belly hurts the whole day. A surprise is I usually have whole milk. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
