The wolf as trans elder

the movie definitely does not pass the bechdel test. It’s basically a political drama about a young cyborg girl who is barely sentient, but she has the power to blow everything up, and so she does.

the movie is basically an anime political drama with a mechanical girl who is barely sentient but somehow she was THE KEY TO EVERYTHING

All sorts of people are calling for a boycott for all sorts of reasons, and I can’t help but yearn for a more direct way of addressing fascism than a single game boycott.

I put so many hours into this piece just for an AI bot to hide it within seconds.

They say art is up to the viewer’s interpretation. It’s cursed when the only viewer is an AI moderator.

The piece is an exercise in imagining our collective filipinx past with dignity. Humans are a part of the nature, and are in harmony with the natural world. We are supposed to respect the power and strength of crocodiles and alligators. They are not to be used against us to benefit yt supremacy!

Reclamation of our pre colonial belief systems, in a way that still honors living indigenous filipinos, is really important to me. A lot of the information of our history has been burned by the Spanish, so we must hang on to what we can and make it irresistible to others to preserve a sense of kapwa

Despite being revered in the Philippines, the colonizing Spanish came to the Philippines and attempted to completely alter the narrative around crocodiles, just like they did about other aspects of indigenous peoples entire belief systems that have been devastating in serious ways

Now I know crocodiles are not alligators. We all learned that in second grade, and we hope that with the current administration, future generations will have an education good enough to learn the differences, similarities, and significance of these special species.

I have seen posts circulating of racist, anti-Black illustrations of alligators terrorizing people, and now the creatures are being used to dissuade kidnapped immigrants from finding safety from the st8, all on indigenous land.
July 3, 2025 at 6:56 PM
Now, in this torrential terror of a political climate, alligators are used as anti immigrant rhetoric. This is seen in the case of the construction of the “Alligator Alcatraz” in the Everglades. The rhetoric is that alligators will be natural deterrents to those imprisoned from finding freedom.

The image is of a goddexx crocodile diwata with their crocodile kin.

They are in a state of rest in their oasis. Another crocodile is peacefully swimming up to join them.

Crocodiles are sacred in the Philippines. Ancestor to the living, guardians of the dead.
