It’s been years of suffering, just to keep some struggling cells from their mutating tendencies - and I was able to finally let it go. Got it out there and then. Although it was physically awfully painful (I could have waited for a pain-free procedure) I left the hospital crying happy tears♥️

It is still 400k lower than last year. Plus the emigration grew by 100k.
We’re driving away the EU folx and also quite a few British nationals.
It’s such a shame immigration is vilified when we need it. Especially in the health care sector.
