This morning’s walk ended with my now 5th grader in the playground. I watched him play and enjoy himself. I sometimes forget what a kid he still is. I hold on very hard to these times.

Tried #sourdoughtortillas but I can’t remember if I used all-purpose or bread flour. They kept shrinking after each shape. The taste is unmatched along with the extra virgin olive oil that works to replace the lard agent.
