Today I had my formal diagnosis of ADHD. I was diagnosed with ADHD with anxiety and major depressive disorder. Hearing this today, I never felt more seen and validated as I do now.
All this research I did to figure out what's wrong with myself did not go to waste.

It's day three of what I'm assuming is the flu. Tuesday I was experiencing visual and auditory hallucinations, yesterday wasn't as bad and today I'm just sick with some auditory hallucinations. I'm having a blast. #sarcasm

I just got to catch KPop Demon Hunters in theaters and cried multiple times. This is a film that deserved to be on the big screen and hearing the screaming, cheering and pure energy for an animated film. Just eugh. This movie is so fucking special 😭✨
