Congratulations to Bryan Jimenez for graduating with his master's degree from NYMC. He spent some time with us last year, and he was brilliant in my Cell Bio exam this year! Wishing Bryan the best for his future. He is on the job market to complete some more science before starting medical school.

Our favorite undergrad, Leah Gutman, graduated! Leah has been with us since the summer of 2023, and we are sad to see her go but excited for her to pursue her medical studies! In addition to being an excellent scientist, Leah will also be a great physician, filled with care and compassion.

Last week I got a nice birthday gift... My PhD advisor came to visit NYC and visit my lab meeting my PhD students ❤️❤️❤️ this is us a decade after my PhD defense enjoying the ride on the east river with just a tiny bit more grey hairs!
