Collapsing glomerulopathy occurring with a TMA; good reminder than vasooclusive processes can result in collapsing type glomerular injury. In this case, TMA was somewhat focal, so could be more than one thing going on (e.g. APOL-1, COVID). #renalpath #pathsky #nephrology
