We lost our mother & mother-in-law to forms of dementia. As a family, we may joke when someone loses their glasses or forgets what day it is. It's not funny at all, but society seems to find it an uncomfortable illness to talk about & much grief is restrained because of that. My heart is with you.

I write how Democrats need to take credit for their accomplishments loudly and blame MAGA for their failures loudly. Sure, self-promotion can feel gross sometimes. But, with lives on the line, politicians need to sell their policies and their brand.

Nderitu, who has served at the UN since 2020, was dismissed for asserting that Israel’s war with Hamas does not constitute genocide. She explained that while the conflict has caused significant loss of life, Israel’s actions aim to dismantle a terrorist regime, not to exterminate an ethnic group.
