I found your Bulwark discussion this week on the actual proclamation language to be eye opening. No one is discuss it for what it actually says. The incident today with Sen Padilla looks like images in back hallways of courts with ICE making arrests.

When I saw the video of what they did outside in the hall, by the way of a federal building which has security to enter, reminds me of the videos of ICE taking people into custody in back hallway of courts.
