The pattern is Lobster Smucks by Alison Rendall. To lengthen them so they would fit my husband, I used the instructions for her Stjarna Smucks pattern from the 2022 Shetland Wool Week Annual.

I also have great joy because I finished my Flax sweater!!! 😁 Now I just need some much cooler weather here in Florida to be able to wear it! 😂

You should feel powerful! You made a nice sweater into a wonderful and more wearable sweater. It will be such a comfy one to wear much more often. 🤩 When I see knitters going back to make adjustments on previous projects, it inspires me to revisit some of my earlier projects.
