Tell me how your bus journeys are going since Oxford's Congestion Charge was launched! Just had the below message.

"Oh my God... The buses on Cowley Road are so much faster. Like my journey to the station this morning was fully 20-25 mins faster than pre charge."

Well this is BIG NEWS: Oxford to possibly introduce a congestion charge - and use the funds to improve public transport. Will be discussed at Cabinet on the 17th. More to follow...
