But…… the process was very different to previous inspections and felt more collaborative AND no more Sunday Scaries and Mondays jumping whenever the phone rings for a while! I’ve celebrated with a 17 mile run and walkies with our new rescue dog!

Post swim treat! I’ve heard a bit more birdsong this last week so hoping that longer days ahead will mean more opportunities to swim each week rather than just at the weekend. Now heading home to prep for the week ahead!

Whoops! Went for a swim and came home with good intentions of doing some work before term starts! Instead went shopping; washed car; made 2 kinds of soup; some chicken curry; a sausage casserole and some knäckebröd and also have a sourdough proving!!

Well that was a pretty challenging week but a visit to the lake for a swim this morning and the 9.3’ water seems to have done a positive reset to my brain. #wildswimming

I have always had Moleskine diaries ( 1week on left hand side and notes page on right hand side. This year I have taken the plunge to have no diary and instead just use my outlook calendar. I tried to run both concurrently last year and found it a real challenge! I used to have the XL rather than L.

Absolutely! I grew up by the sea but have ended up living in the landlocked midlands! Try to find every opportunity to get to the coast though! Currently visiting Ceredigion and loving the sea air! #vitaminsea
