I'm always with Ian on everything but even more today. 😀

Please do add me to Part Two or any future packs. Thanks!

So sorry to hear that James, life can be a real bummer sometimes. When I split up with my husband I thought life would never be right again. People told me that time heals and I did not believe them but somehow it does. Sending you hugs.

There is a way on here to start feeds about any topic you want. I already follow on called Cricket which has quite a bit of cricket chat on it. Perhaps we could set one up for ourselves.

I've accepted that I just have to put up with less cricket chat these days. A price worth paying for not being over there ...

Every time I produce something malformed out of the oven I just loudly state that it is 'artisan' and that it will taste fine. Nearly all the time it does.

Looks scrummy to me!

This is excellent news!

Persistence pays!

Well done!

I did it a while back, we had just been discussing trains so I popped train in and bingo. I wonder what the odds are on doing it twice.

Spurs in particular always seem to have a long injury list.

We often think the same applies at some of cricket counties, too much time spent beefing up in the gym.

Hah! Got there but took five goes

That is the other side of us, we are up in the Blackdown Hills where the views are fantastic but the weather can be at a tad extreme at times. But the air is fresh and the nights are lovely because you can see all the stars.

Ah yes, Totnes is even more Devon I think!

We live in a village over towards Honiton, it's lovely around here. The local lanes can be awful, potholes everywhere, but the people are indeed brilliant. 🥰

As a local to Tiverton Parkway I think it should be read in a nice soft Devon brrr really!

That looks absolutely fab! 😍

He was playing for England/being rested during the Metro Bank this season I think. Possibly Surrey think he would go well on their pitches.
November 4, 2025 at 5:57 PM
I really hope it does work out.

Not sure given how well he performed when loaned out to other counties this summer that there will be that many takers for loan spells in 2026. Although I did see some rumour that Surrey were interested.

Unless Taunton turns into Ciderabad again (and I doubt we can risk that due to potential points deductions) it's very hard to see how Bashir gets into the Somerset side. It's a really weird situation that he is somehow the England spinner.

I think you should go for it. I would most certainly sign.

Horrifies me that the UK Government, the Royal Family and others are still there.

I was making just that point to my other half a few days back when I first saw that reporting. We have problems here for sure but we can carry on our lives withour fear. How you live like that day after day is beyond me.

We have many 30, and 20, limits in my area. The biggest danger here are all the potholes which are a danger to everyone.

Same here in rural Devon!
