It's cryptococcus! The mucicarmine stain will stain the capsule pink :)

Of course! I believe this was grown on blood agar and this is just a Gram stain. The Bacillus are usually Gram positive rods, but they easily overdecolorize and turn red (like this) and the circles are the spores. Nocardia is a branching Gram positive rod often found in soil.

It's cladosporium! You can see the shield cells, which are classic for this organism
