It describes a slew of things Trump did via EO (which Congress has shown no sign of codifying into law) as successes, even though all but one of these things is being challenged in court, most with success (including, on immigration, at SCOTUS).
Ironically, Trump has faced less pushback on the domestic front even within America’s constitutional system of checks and balances. He has pursued an aggressive immigration campaign that has deported U.S. citizens and challenged court authority, fired tens of thousands of federal workers in a dramatic reshaping of the federal bureaucracy and frozen some federal spending, including foreign aid. He has used his executive authority to strip political opponents of security clearances, terminated security details for former U.S. officials whose lives have been threatened by foreign governments and targeted law firms that have represented foes.
