If True, people should know... these "third country" deportations are not just turning people lose into society. They're going into prisons in these countries.

So... prison in Uganda. It's definitely as bad as you think it might be.
I just read elsewhere, they are saying they will deport him to Uganda as early as Monday. He should make his way now to Canada or Mexico, and claim asylum from an abusive government.
