Letters went out to federal workers this morning stating they were fired due to poor performance. However, all employees had been rated as “exceptional” performers by their supervisors. Please keep these records and pursue wrongful termination claims. Let the lawsuits begin.

Chad’s right. Yes, most of the stuff said about the DOGE kids is likely protected by the First Amendment, even if “edgy.” But your belief that a USAO won’t charge you with a federal crime for “edgy” stuff is premised on normal times, not this shitshow and not with the hack in charge of the DC USAO.
I cannot emphasize enough how stupid it is to publicly threaten DOGE employees with violence.
You might think it's fun to blow off steam, but trust me: the FBI raiding your home at 5am is not fun. A federal criminal case will bankrupt you and ruin your life and career.
