Did a zine making class at work. The one I made about bird song was shit, especially as we only had the hour but I was kind of happy with this page.

Arnside is lovely and I don’t think any of the photos I took did it justice, all those lovely blues of faraway hills. Morecambe Bay is so eerily beautiful. It was also way sunnier!

I can’t help feeling the National Tile Museum in Lisbon kind of undersells how lovely it is. It feels more art gallery than museum in places, everything is well explained without being too intrusive, and the building is a lovely old convent with a stunning church.

Moss Side Open Alleys walk. Lots of lovely flowers a little bit of getting lost.

Turton Tower is awesome! Well worth a look if you’re in that neck of the woods, the volunteers were really knowledgeable. Also, 99% sure this chair is haunted.

A gorgeous walk around Entwistle (with! bonus! museum!) but I have a bone to pick with the person who wrote the route instructions - ‘eventually’ and ‘shortly after’ are properly useless descriptions. I could have done without the 4 miles of being lost, thanks.

Yay yay yay. Hamilton was SO GOOD. The UK touring cast put their own spin on it, with a bit more humour but still as moving and gorgeous as I could have hoped for. Big smiles, the goofiest.
