Six veterans posted a video reminding our troops that they swore allegiance to the Constitution-not to Donald Trump-and that they must not obey illegal orders

Because of this, Donald Trump now thinks they should be executed

FOR TELLING OUR TROOPS TO FOLLOW THE LAW

The only reason he would get so mad about that video; is, he is planning to give illegal orders. It won't work for him if the military is educated on the subject.

Court Reporter has the original notes in short hand and reading them would be impossible for a regular person. The reporter could transcribe another file.

Court Reporters can retranscribe their notes.

Ask the court reporters. They are the ones that took down every word in short hand & then transcribed it. I'm sure for a fee, they'd do it again if they still have their notes & it's not sealed. I doubt the notes have been destroyed yet. Court Reporters are required to keep them for yrs.

The court reporters would have unredacted notes that they transcribed to make the files. Every State has rules/laws on how long you're required to keep your notes. Some court reporters never destroy them in criminal cases. Just a thought. Maybe?

They can go back to the court reporters that transcribed the transcripts. Some keep their notes for years, or the court system keeps them. They can be transcribed again. Their short hand can usually only be read by the Court Reporter. Every state has a law as to how long they keep their notes.
