It varies province to province but I believe you’d have a 3-6 mo waiting period, and then if you’re already citizens and then-residents you’re covered again. But check with an immigration consultant. I am not one of those.

12 year old kid, keeps saying he is legal, agents won’t even let him go in his house to get documents.

And if he did carry them everywhere? They could be lost, go through the washer, stolen.

He is a kid.

3200 kids in ICE custody right now.
ICE detain yet another minor child—chase him down his own street and tackle him to pavement.
