This matters. Not because I think Trump is capable of mercy or empathy towards these vulnerable groups. But because it is a public act of defiance.

I learned long ago that parenthood in part is dealing with the unknown. But I am getting desperate, on week 5 of my son refusing to leave the house for school. He is 13, has Down syndrome and autism. Tried EVERYTHING. Any thoughts? #Autism #downsyndrome
