I understand that many people try to reframe their disabilities as advantages as an act of psychological empowerment. I understand this.

However, I /loathe/ the framing of ADHD as a superpower. If your ADHD can be framed as advantageous, your ADHD isn't that severe. It's nothing but a curse.
