Pretty sure nothing in the founding of this country enshrined "border control" or "respect for law enforcement" as foundational values.
(That said, the USA did have one successful violent revolution against a dictator back in 1781.)

The next two minutes of video show me offering to walk off with him since he's not being detained. He declines, because he "doesn't want to be rude". Less than two minutes later, they place him in cuffs with no explanation and stuff him into a car with NY plates.

...and spent less than $7M of it on opioid related purposes (that's bad!)
...and only spent 10% of that money on Harm Reduction, vs 20% on "Administrative Costs" (that's horrific!)
