Final test here, I moved the digital copy from the Express SD card to the system memory, and the same set-up resulted in ~14 seconds for this specific door loading screen.
That is roughly 8-10 seconds faster than on Switch 1, but it is still 8 seconds longer than the door opening sequence should be.

When playing the game from a switch 1 cartridge the load times are even worse than a digital copy.

The framerate issues seem to be fixed, but load times are still bad. REmake 1 seems to be completely fine now on Switch 2: stable framerates, no slow load times anymore.

I tested RE0HD on Switch 2 and unfortunately it still has really bad load times for certain rooms, especially when the two characters are split up. With the worst one still being a 20+ seconds long door animation/load screen.
