For those no longer on the bird app, @xzombiealix.bsky.social and I have been working on REmastering Resident Evil The Mercenaries 3D in HD.

We're updating not just textures but also models where possible with HD versions from RE4VR and RE5.

Some models aren't the same, so we're reimagining them

I tested RE0HD on Switch 2 and unfortunately it still has really bad load times for certain rooms, especially when the two characters are split up. With the worst one still being a 20+ seconds long door animation/load screen.

Tomorrow it's exactly three weeks since I had a double surgery, today for the first time I was able to sit at my desk again. While still in a bit of pain and discomfort, things are finally getting better. Walking is going a bit smoother and looks less like waddling too. Progress!

It's been a hectic time recently with multiple family members getting hospitalized. My horse had a medical emergency which started on Friday and he hasn't 100% recovered. And now my own surgery is tomorrow... 😱

The weather was nice out today. And my horse decided to also be nice to me today instead of a pain in my ass, lol 🐴

Can't show most of my work due to NDA, but I made an RE4 Tetris fangame which is available for free.

And I made a bunch of mods that probably made you go "LOL" or "WTF WHY?!"

And on occasion I paint mini's/figures/Amiibos

So the mod works, but it required some serious magic to get it to export for citra (Doesn't work on official hardware lol that runs it at 7FPS).
