CNN is still rolling with the bad ATF bulletin reporting. They've softened their language to "cultural issues" but they've actually made the leap to "phrases." I mean what the hell is this @cnn.com?

Letter of a law is a BS argument here anyways. Letter of the law doesn’t support this being a foul even if there was contact and even if the ref had called it on the field.
