I browned 1 cup of hamburger with fajita veggies, added my own spices (chipotle pepper, cayenne, cumin, garlic & onion powder). Mixed in beaten eggs to scramble them, 1/8 cup of shredded cheddar, pico de gallo, avocado, cilantro, & hot fresh jalapeño rings. The bottom is a zero carb tortilla. Yum!!

Spinach, riced cauliflower, 5 ounces of steak, and a sauce of soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, sriracha, sesame seeds, and chives. Yum!!

Air fried cabbage steaks as hamburger buns. 80/20 beef, no sugar bbq sauce, Swiss cheese, & French’s fried onions. A side of my cabbage scraps as “chips” & a side of STL salad (raw broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, bacon, & a creamy dressing. Yum!!

When you order fried calamari rings in a restaurant, they could technically be pig anus, as they are said to have the same texture and it’s also perfectly legal to sell to customers. Think about the next time you order some for the table. The more you know. 💫
