Two things work for me. 1 I can only work on one thing, so set aside the others while I’m working on the one. 2)Give myself permission to not finish. Meaning work on this one for 20 min, even if that won’t finish it, then move on.

Kelsey Dionne. Her work with Shadowdark is excellent, and her 5e modules are great as one shots or drop ins for campaigns. Her writing is clear, concise, and “leaves out the stuff readers tend to skip”. Her writing makes it so easy to run.
