Right now, under federal statutes, President Trump can call us up as the militia if he sees it necessary, especially for three purposes: to repel invasions, to suppress insurrections, and to execute the laws of the union. And right now, we see all three of those in play.

It seems kind of crazy to me that part of getting permitting for a data center does not include the capital costs for building the electrical infrastructure required to support the facility for the life time of its operations.

Not for nothing, but isn’t there substantially less incentive for bots streaming songs if these services switched to the model that has always made more sense– split my personal $X a month to the artists I streamed.

Hmm, I do sort of think you might have been able to find some experts who could have gently disagreed with the ideas that foreign producers will pay tariffs. Like which other countries are importers supposed to reliably export from when the President changes the tariffs every week.
