I can take it or leave it. Given a choice I almost always pick something else.

When the majority redistricts, they dilute their advantage in each of new districts. A big swing toward the minority party can overwhelm the margins.

We have to get out the vote and make them pay for their greedy power grab.

Trump is totally bought and paid for by Putin.
December 10, 2025 at 2:50 AM
I think that Trump's distancing the U.S. from Europe I leaving him increasingly impotent (politically-his physical infirmities are obvious but unrelated). Between that and his unwavering allegiance to Putin, he is in a bind and lashing out.

That makes sense at a German restaurant. I was picturing kraut on the tenderloin, turning the breading into a soggy mess. I haven't had homemade kraut in ages!
December 10, 2025 at 1:24 AM
Kraut?

The classic breaded, fried tenderloin sandwich is about twice the size of the bun and has mustard, pickle and onion.

And the BFT is a midwestern institution. Anywhere else is just trying to cash in on a good thing.

Kusher is thoroughly compromised by his extensive dealings with the Russians. This is simply one more example of Putin's domination of Trump, and of the pervasive corruption in the Republican administration. They are quite literally selling the Ukrainian people out, trading their lives for cash.

Is it just my selection bias, or does it seem like pro cyclists are subject to more chronic or persistent conditions than ever? I have heard retired pros, including some of the greats, saying that they don't think they could compete at the same level. Are they approaching the limits of endurance?

And I thought that Attack of the Clones was as cringy as Star Wars could get.

So, help me understand:

- Conference championship losses don't count, but wins can be decisive.

- Schedule strength is important, but conference strength isn't.

- Momentum of a winning streak isn't a consideration unless it is.

- Close calls go to Alabama.

Is that right?

The problems start with an offensive line that has been so banged up that I am forgetting who the starters were. Everything else is a matter of tweaking the recipe. I'm not sure about the receivers' numbers but there sure seems to be a lot of dropped balls at crucial times.

Please read carefully before you comment. Absolutely no one is saying what you think.

I bet CNN is glad that they voluntarily bowed down to Trump, get rid of Acosta, and directed their announcers to pretend that the Administration is being normal. It sure has paid off for them in terms of White House goodwill!

I miss the days when media companies cared about journalism.

This is the second time in three years that Alabama has gotten the benefit of a very substantial doubt. I'm not saying that there is no cast to be made for them, but it sure seems like there's an advantage given the to the Tide.

No one knew about it until The Empire Strikes Back. The "I am your father" moment was a shocking reveal at the time. Given the retrospective creepiness of Luke's early relationship with Leia, it was probably a retcon, though Lucas has said otherwise.

There is no evidence of significant vote fraud. All of the MAGA-backed Republican electoral policies and actions have been efforts to rig elections in their favor, from the January 6 riot onward.

I don't know for sure, but I am reasonably confident in believing that they understand the process of making ammonia, and such an obvious omission is more likely due to oversimplification in a popular media story. The article wasn't written to stand up to peer review.

If you didn't vote against fascism, then you supported it.
December 6, 2025 at 6:24 PM
Excuses, excuses, excuses. You are a part of the problem. You are apparently too apathetic to involve yourself in the candidate selection process, and too arrogant to take responsibility for your civic duty and vote in the general election. Quit whining and start voting.
December 6, 2025 at 4:55 PM
Has anyone looked at the sources of the data published by DDHQ? They are a company that gathers information from official sources, compiles it, and republishes it. It is entirely possible that they messed up. Compared to the likelihood of massive vote fraud, it is probable.

This is for a federal election. It's for a seat in Congress. States run their elections, regardless of whether they are for a federal, state or local office.
December 6, 2025 at 4:38 PM
And not in a sweet "look at the family resemblance way". It's more like "oh my God a mad doctor's secret cloning experiment has gone awry".

Yep. It's basically a national sales tax. Taxes don't get much more regressive.

It's really hard to sound smart when you are defending stupid positions.
