I appreciate that they provided migration of my Spotify playlists (a few steps but worked) and .mp3 sound quality is (subjectively) better.
Considered also Tidal, but Qobuz strikes the right notes for me to stick around.

I've used Qobuz for more than a year, and, while there are UX shortcomings compared to your Spotify's or Apple's, the experience is unquestionably better than my start in 2024.
