During and since the campus encampments that happened this past spring, I developed a syllabus project regarding Palestine. It serves as a resource for educators who want to teach about the ongoing oppression and genocide in Palestine. DM me if you would like to participate in the project.

The lawmakers at the Iowa statehouse are laying out the very things we need to entangle from the oppressive system we live under while making up certain terms (aka trans ideology).

This past Saturday, I was on a panel where I addressed lead exposure in Milwaukee's water service lines and how Black and Brown communities are the most affected due to the legacy of redlining in the city.

The Great Lakes typically have an ice coverage of 55% during the winter months, causing at least half of their surfaces to freeze. As of yesterday, they had a combined ice cover of just 0.2%. Lake Superior 0.5%, Lake Michigan 0%, Lake Huron 0%, Lake Erie 0%, Lake Ontario 0%

An apartment building stood on this now empty lot in Davenport, Iowa. The landlord, Andrew Wold, and the city of Davenport allowed the structural integrity of the building to eventually collapse that displaced and perished tenants that resided here. Tenant power is needed to end tragedies like this.
