I've been really quiet since "... body is starting to come around . 3.1 miles in 39 minutes..." . suffice to say i'm now at 4 miles under 40 minutes now. on the treadmill probably closer to 38 (outside is always slower for some reason). i'm also probably 10 pounds lighter and still have 20+ to go. 🏃

the result.. a left hand . we tried 2 more teims but it was always the left hand. so weird. at least we got the fingers right.

It is a remarkable thing how quickly the world can turn upside down.
5 more runs in and my body is starting to come around . 3.1 miles in 39 minutes (or really 2.75 in 30 with 3 minute walk warm up and 6 minute walk cool down) heart rate hit 155 with avg 140 . I need to push up to 4 miles (my normal run distance ). Hopefully 2 more weeks for that. Then get faster

Much improved this run, 2.4 miles in 31 minutes. (vs 2.3 in 33 last time) the big thing this go was it was nonstop and heart rate stayed under at or under 158. (last time i walked in the middle when hr got high). figure i can probably bump it a quarter mile ever 2-3 days till i hit around 4.

Welp, first run after a long break of like 4-5 months. I was waiting for a sciatica pain to go away/heal (where i really wasn't in super shape at the beginning of the break). And oh man, I'm now in worst shape in probably 25+ years. 2 1/3 miles in about 30 minutes.
