Thanks @cambridgemass.bsky.social! Was shoveling out spaces for cars, and your snow play driver saw what I was doing and cleared out the snow for me. Example of what makes this a great city. If you know what driver was at Ballord Place around 1pm, please send him a huge thanks from us!

Every time I hear someone on a video call say “I’d like to double-click on that” when they just mean “let’s discuss this more,” I have to suppress the urge to scream into the void.

What was wrong with “Can we explore that in more detail?” Did that phrase suddenly stop working?

Hey Jim- You were the best that @cnn.com had to offer & will be deeply missed! I look forward to the next chapter in your career & I'm not just saying that because of the killer Yoda impression you did when I was on your show.
Really love this cartoon from the great Michael De Adder. The outpouring of support coming in has been truly amazing! Thanks everybody!

I never thought I would be so excited to help my daughter with stoichiometry homework. My high school chemistry teacher would be very proud I remember how to do it.

So is there a running tally somewhere of the number of people Trump has nominated or appointed that have committed sexual assault? I'm starting to lose count.

I tasted like 5 kinds of non-alcoholic alc-type drinks for an upcoming episode (the science of how they make them is so interesting!!), and I can say it was, tbh, a major sacrifice. (Ep out on Feb 11.) That said, here's an advance taste: Notch NA pilsner actually tastes like their regular pilsner.

In @lennysan.bsky.social's survey of popular tech tools Jira is unsurprisingly high on the list... BUT it's also high on "Wish we could use a different tool."
