Pure classe.
The Arsenal third kit for the 2025/26 season has been officially released and it might be my favourite shirt of all time.

It’s a thing of beauty.

Take my money right now. 💰😍

New paper out in eBioMedicine!

Non-neutralizing anti-cluster A Abs are linked to lower CD4⁺ T cell counts in PLWH on ART—likely via elimination of uninfected bystanders via ADCC

Importantly, anti-CD4 binding site Abs block this pathway and prevent this association www.thelancet.com/journals/ebi...
CD4 T cell counts are inversely correlated with anti-gp120 cluster A antibodies in antiretroviral therapy-treated PLWH
Our results reveal that anti-cluster A Abs are associated with immune dysfunction in PLWH and anti-CD4BS antibodies might have a beneficial impact in these individuals.

Happy to share our recent paper published in mBio. Our findings reveal that HIV-1 downmodulates CD4 prior to Env expression, making productively infected cells resistant to ADCC mediated by non-neutralizing antibodies naturally present in people living with HIV. journals.asm.org/doi/10.1128/...
