My seven year old made me this bookmark at an activity station at a pride event yesterday. She said, "look I made it in your colors!!" 🥹 The timing's perfect because I get to use it right away to mark my spot in a new release by one of my favorite trans authors!

Back in my home state for a conference and it's like the clouds knew how much I miss Minne"snow"ta. Also, funny how I see no snow when I visit in December and this is my hotel view in April. Just how I remember Spring growing up!

Trans joy for me is that despite days like today, when I'm tired and stressed and exhausted, I have this bottomless source of happiness to get me through because I get to be the full me--something I'd written off for myself a long time ago. Joy and gratitude

Very upset that my cats did not let me know yesterday was international cat day. Apparently not as upset as they were for not wishing them a happy cat day. Here's one of my cats, Roxy, clearly furious.
