But Gamma was within Eggman's army and yes he showed hostility hence Sonic attacking, but as soon as Amy clarified otherwise he backed down.
It isn't about his boredom, restlessness or location. It's the fact Sonic CAN tell when someone is harmless. Belle clearly was hurt and he still attacked.

He has a valid concern. When has Eggman ever been honest? In SA2 he reflected but still went back on his evil ways. Faked redemption in colors and lost world. Only helps in his benefit. Shadow had valid concerns to be skeptical and heck, Sonic should've been as well. He clearly was in colors. -

He has a valid concern. When has Eggman ever been honest? In SA2 he reflected but still went back on his evil ways. Faked redemption in colors and lost world. Only helps in his benefit. Shadow had valid concerns to be skeptical and heck, Sonic should've been as well. He clearly was in colors. -
Which is why it doesn't make sense to me that he would attack Belle. If the games are canon to IDW, he should've retained that aspect of development by now.
