Very happy this exists obviously but man I do wish more people could play it lol

I already have Octopath Traveler II and all I ever hear about it is that it’s a better game that improves on the first, which sounds like a masterpiece will be waiting for me whenever I get around to it!

I finished Octopath Traveler 1, or at least saw the credits of it. Started with Tressa and ended with her. While the game’s writing was mostly predictable I still cried at how it was executed, Tressa’s story especially was incredibly satisfying and the ending was the perfect way to end it. A classic

There’s more to life than comparing things to other things or searching for the “best” thing. It’s pretty obvious but I tend to think people forget that.

The fact that this game exists is so funny to me and the fact that it was actually fun is crazy LOL

Feels pretty in character to have the player experience a big brother moment of just listening to Luigi rant about these adventures that are never experienced by Mario, he obviously has his own adventures outside of the player's gaze which is a fun and makes the world feel more real

I had more on my plate than I realized lol

For sure! Also they had the chance to do it for Hisui Samurott but I’ve kinda grown attached to it being on all fours haha

My only nitpick with them is that Samurott isn’t bipedal but yeah I like them all which I think is an unpopular opinion lol

I'm probably the most optimistic person on the planet about the Gen 5 starters and can't choose between them.
