Just a heads up - the USA has already constructed a continental prison system and is now leasing space abroad to house additional political prisoners. If you allow yourself to be arrested as part of an action, that is the wrong action to carry out.

The next Democratic president should declare that the National Emergencies Act and Article II of the Constitution allow him to:
