It’s been a very busy Labour conference for me, speaking at a range events about the environment and family hubs. But the best bit was celebrating 10 years of funding, totalling £20m, coming for the people of Warndon - with a firm promise - it’s for YOU to spend, not anyone else!

Skills haven’t been taken seriously. That changes with Labour.

That’s why we’re setting a new target – two thirds of young people at uni, college or on a gold standard apprenticeship.

Growth, opportunity, renewal.

Big news for Worcester!
Warndon is one of 25 Trailblazer Neighbourhoods set to get up to £20M in long-term Govt investment. This is the change we need—real investment in long-overlooked communities, shaped by local people.

I was very pleased to make the first keynote speech at the Midlands Economic Summit.
I spoke about recognising people and innovation as the heart of our economy, designing the future we want, and working together.
The key message? This is the time for us to be ambitious, and to lead!

I met with Midlands Connect again recently. They are working on a plan that would deliver more trains between Worcester and Birmingham, and I’m working with other MPs to help keep the project on track!

We'd do things differently.
Our candidates will:
- Build a better local bus service
- Fix the potholes and mend our roads
- Make our footpaths and crossings safe
- Ensure every child has access to a quality local school
- Support community-led healthcare schemes
- Provide more activities

Meet your candidates for Worcestershire County Council this Thursday 1st May! 🌹

Under the Conservatives in Worcestershire, key local services have gone into deep crisis, with roads falling apart, waiting lists for local schools piling up, healthcare outcomes worsening & local businesses struggling
