The last bit of Hereditary takes one of the hardest left turns I’ve ever seen, like an actual plot twist that made me re-contextualize everything that came before it. Amazing horror film
the last 20 minutes of Hereditary, when watched within the context of the rest of the movie, is the scariest a horror movie has ever been I think
rewatching Hereditary for the first time (because it's uh hard to rewatch Ari Aster). It's wild how the movie shows you every piece of the puzzle before it comes into play. You don't notice the first time, but it's basically constantly telling you "here is what will happen next"
