She does a good job with that banana! Bird used to eat banana but now he says he doesn’t remember liking banana and what’s this thing taking up room in his cap that should be refried beans or grits but isn’t either. Bird blames me when his meal isn’t yummy.

Hahaha! Bird is always stealing a bite of cheese and then being mad at me for eating something that isn’t delicious to Bird.

True. I admit I spoil him on purpose. He was being abused at his previous home. It took a year to coax him out of being afraid all the time but now he’s confident that he’s the leader of the flock. It’s nice to see how far he’s come. He feels safe and loved and really that’s what we all want.

Yes Bird says I’m selfish because I always stop playing fetch before he’s done. We live to serve. It’s a good thing that they’re so cute.

Have you been trained to fetch the toys she throws? That’s Bird’s favorite game.

Bird is a big fan of grits because they’re warm and chewed up just like mom used to make. Corn is good for weight gain. Maybe Maxine would like grits too. Be sure and let us know if you set up a go fund me for the poor little girl.
