Most dads in business are doing everything right… and still burning out.

I know. I was one of them.

Until I realized:

You don’t need more hustle.

You need a business built for margin.

Here’s how I rebuilt my business — and my presence: 🧵
People think AI ruined content.

But truthfully, it just exposed who never had original ideas in the first place.

AI works beautifully when your idea is strong.

It fails instantly when your idea is vague.
December 5, 2025 at 3:44 PM
You can’t outsource your perspective.

You can only outsource the packaging.
December 5, 2025 at 12:06 PM
Most people blame AI for bad writing.

But the real issue is they haven’t developed a clear point of view.
December 5, 2025 at 9:26 AM
Your job is to think.

AI’s job is to format.

Stop swapping the roles.
December 5, 2025 at 7:38 AM
If AI content sounds generic.

It’s because the idea behind it was generic.
December 4, 2025 at 6:54 PM
AI is leverage, not a replacement.

If your ideas are weak, the output will be weak.
December 4, 2025 at 3:44 PM
“Write me a LinkedIn post about productivity.”

That’s not a prompt.

That’s a request for generic content.

AI can’t fix unclear thinking.
December 4, 2025 at 12:06 PM
AI isn’t writing bad content.

People are feeding it lazy prompts.

YouTube isn’t broken.

Your sample size is.

I also thought I'd go viral after 5 Videos...

That's not how it works.

Don’t quit before you’ve earned the right to evaluate.

Give yourself 30 serious attempts.

Then look at the data, not your feelings.
December 3, 2025 at 6:54 PM
Watercolor, coding, YouTube:

same, simple rule.

You don’t get to judge your “talent” until you’ve done at least 100 bad attempts.

Just do the work and get better as you go.
December 3, 2025 at 3:44 PM
If you feel cringe watching your old videos, good.

It means you grew.

The only real problem is having nothing old enough to cringe at.
December 3, 2025 at 12:06 PM
Most people don’t need a new platform.

They need a higher reps target.

Commit to 30 pieces before you even think the words “this doesn’t work.”
December 3, 2025 at 9:26 AM
Talent is just skill with a time delay.

Your favorite creators have hundreds of hidden attempts you’ll never see.

You’re comparing your first five to their 500th.
December 3, 2025 at 7:38 AM
30 uploads: you start to see patterns.

50 uploads: you start to develop taste.

100 uploads: you start to look “talented.”

But it was skill the whole time.
December 2, 2025 at 6:54 PM
“Five videos, no results” isn’t a sign you should quit.

It’s a sign you’ve finally started.
December 2, 2025 at 3:44 PM
You wouldn’t judge a workout plan after going to the gym five times.

Why judge your content strategy after uploading five videos?
December 2, 2025 at 12:06 PM
If you’ve quit a platform after a handful of posts, you haven’t failed.

You’ve just stopped before the data got interesting.
December 2, 2025 at 9:26 AM
Every video you publish is a rep in multiple skills at once:

performance,
scripting,
editing,
design,
storytelling.

That’s why it feels hard at the start. You’re leveling up five skills, not one.
December 2, 2025 at 7:38 AM
My simple YouTube rule:

Don’t judge the platform before 30 uploads.

Don’t judge your potential before 100 uploads.
December 1, 2025 at 6:54 PM
Most “YouTube doesn’t work” comes from people who never got past the awkward stage on camera.

You don’t have a platform problem.

You have a reps problem.

Just put in the work!
December 1, 2025 at 3:44 PM
Expecting YouTube to work after 5 videos is like picking up a paintbrush twice and wondering why you’re not a master artist yet.
December 1, 2025 at 12:06 PM
YouTube isn’t just “post good content.”

It’s a skill stack:

– Speaking clearly
– Writing titles
– Designing thumbnails
– Structuring stories
– Hooking in 5 seconds

You’re not bad. You’re undertrained.
December 1, 2025 at 9:26 AM
Below 30 videos, you’re not “running a channel.”

You’re dabbling.

And dabbling makes everything look like it doesn’t work.
