Yes! The one i had broke many years ago. I’ll use Westmalle or Achel (quite fond of that glass!).

Haha! Born in Ninove but moved to Anderlecht when I was 1 yr old. Spent my youth there until I married. Played briefly at RSCA (wasn’t really good enough 😃).

Sour cherries (griottes in French) are canned and pitted. Warm up in a pan, add a 10g vanilla-sugar bag. Slowly bring to cooking and add a corn meal (maïzena)/water solution to thicken. Flour/water works also.
